although my contacts with tina have been in the family law forum, she does not typically practice in this area. her primary practice area is real estate; therefore, because i am a juvenile court magistrate, the cases that we have shared have been limited. however, i have worked very closely with ms. owens-ruff through our bar association. tina exhibits integrity and honor in her practice and provides pro bono representation whenever the court contacts her.
