Biography

Tino Wascher is an associate in the German Private Funds Practice Group with a focus on fund structuring and regulatory advice to institutional investors as well as in the German Finance & Banking Group. He advises sponsors and investors on fund structuring, investments in and marketing of funds, NAV and subscription facilities as well as on regulatory requirements for institutional investors.

He also advises national and international credit institutions, investors and borrowers on national and cross-border corporate finance and financings for acquisitions, projects and real estate as well as on financial restructurings.

Prior to joining the firm, Tino completed an apprenticeship as a bank clerk and worked as a bank clerk for several years.
