Biography

Mr. Foor-Pessin is an attorney in the Morgan & Morgan Business Trial Group and a versatile trial lawyer who practices complex commercial litigation, business torts, real property litigation, contract litigation, and appellate practice. Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Mr. Foor-Pessin practiced at several national law firms and was a prosecutor for the Broward County State Attorney's Office for Florida’s 17th Judicial Circuit, representing the citizens of Broward County Florida and the State of Florida in felony prosecutions. Mr. Foor-Pessin has extensive experience in the trial courts of the State of Florida, as well as the Florida District Courts of Appeal, having litigated dozens of appeals.
