Biography

Mr. Foor-Pessin is an attorney in the Morgan & Morgan Business Trial Group and a versatile trial lawyer who practices complex commercial litigation, business torts, real property litigation, contract litigation, and appellate practice. He is committed to working tirelessly to achieve success on behalf of his clients.

Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Mr. Foor-Pessin practiced at several national law firms and was a prosecutor for the Broward County State Attorney's Office for Florida’s 17th Judicial Circuit, representing the citizens of Broward County Florida and the State of Florida in felony prosecutions. Mr. Foor-Pessin has extensive experience in the trial courts of the State of Florida, as well as the Florida District Courts of Appeal, having litigated dozens of appeals.
