Todd's practice primarily concentrates on personal injury and insurance defense litigation at the trial and appellate levels. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants in cases involving serious personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, negligence, premises liability, civil rights litigation, public entity and government liability. Todd also represents insurance and institutional clients in environmental litigation, toxic torts, and coverage disputes. He has represented numerous Indian tribes in Arizona and tribal courts in the Western United States.
