With over 20 years of experience, Todd King is a seasoned and highly respected civil defense lawyer with a focus on trucking and transportation accidents, product liability claims, and premises liability cases. Todd’s practice routinely involves the defense of trucking companies, logistics providers, and commercial vehicle operators in claims and lawsuits involving catastrophic injuries. A trusted partner in the firm’s Charlotte office, Todd is frequently called upon to lead the defense in high-exposure cases throughout North Carolina. He also serves on the firm’s emergency accident response team, providing clients with immediate guidance and assistance.
