Todd A. Mazur

Todd A. Mazur is a Shareholder in the firm’s Chicago office and is one of the founding members of the firm’s global Private Equity group. He focuses his practice on representing private equity sponsors and other private fund sponsors in a wide variety of complex transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, structured equity and hybrid capital strategies, recapitalizations, divestitures, growth investments, and debt and equity restructurings and workouts.
