Biography

Todd A. McConaghy is a Senior Trial Attorney who possesses extensive experience in both the private and public sectors. Additionally, he is an elected official in the City of Grosse Pointe Woods.

Todd’s practice involves the representation of healthcare providers and attorneys in professional responsibility as well as licensing matters. His clients include hospitals, medical centers, assisted living facilities, memory care facilities, nursing homes, dialysis centers, physicians, physician’s assistants, therapists, nurse practitioners, nurses, certified clinical hemodialysis technicians, physical therapists, certified nursing assistants and attorneys. Furthermore, he provides ethics opinions as well as serves as an expert witness.

Todd previously served as Senior Associate Counsel to the Michigan Attorney Grievance Commission where he investigated and prosecuted attorney misconduct on behalf of the Michigan Supreme Court. Prior to his position with the Michigan Attorney Grievance Commission, Todd worked for 11 years as an Associate and later a Partner at Sullivan, Ward, Patton, Gleeson, & Felty, PC, where he was a member of the Litigation Department.

Early in his career, and prior to joining Sullivan, Ward, Patton, Gleeson, & Felty, P.C., Todd worked as a Litigation Consultant with CIARA, Inc., a global technology provider.
