Partner Todd A. Weaver brings over two decades of diverse legal experience to Robinson & Henry’s Eviction & Landlord Team. Todd has vast experience in government law and litigation. He has represented county governments, private clients, and businesses across Colorado and the Midwest, navigating complex regulatory environments and litigating high-stakes matters.

In his current real estate practice, Todd advises landlords, tenants, homeowners, and businesses on a full range of issues, including lease drafting and negotiation, property disputes, construction defects, homeowner association disputes, and compliance with local and state land use regulations.

Todd’s in-depth knowledge of governmental processes gives him a critical edge in zoning, permitting, code enforcement, and regulatory compliance matters, which frequently intersect with real estate ownership and leasing.
