Biography

Mr. Zuckerbrod has worked in the securities industry for close to 30 years. He has been a regulator with the NYSE, in-house counsel with Merrill Lynch, securities defense attorney with Greenberg Traurig, General Counsel to an old-line brokerage firm and now is in private practice. He has handled well over 100 securities arbitrations through Award and has represented brokers and brokerage firms in regulatory proceedings over his careers. Mr. Zuckerbrod also represents customers of brokerage firms in arbitration and has increasingly worked on trust and estate litigation. his knowledge of the market, understanding trusts and the utmost integrity makes Mr. Zuckerbrod ideal to serve as a Trustee.
