Todd Burnham

Todd Burnham is the founder of Burnham Law and an experienced trial attorney whose practice has focused on family law, divorce, child custody, and litigation. A New York-trained attorney, Todd built Burnham Law with an emphasis on preparation, strategy, and strong client service. The firm now serves clients across Colorado and Arizona, with offices in Boulder, Centennial, Colorado Springs, Denver, Fort Collins, Westminster, and Prescott.

Todd has spent much of his career in the courtroom and brings that experience to the way he approaches each case. He believes good legal representation starts with understanding the client's situation, preparing thoroughly, and developing a practical strategy that fits both the immediate issue and the client's longer-term goals.

Todd earned his B.A. in Psychology from Hobart College and his J.D. from Albany Law School. He is admitted to practice in Colorado and New York state courts, as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York.

Before becoming an attorney, Todd played lacrosse at Hobart College, where he was part of two national championship teams and was named an NCAA All-American twice. That competitive background has carried into his legal career, particularly in the preparation, discipline, and focus he brings to litigation.
