Biography

Mr. Landis focuses his practice on the litigation of civil matters throughout New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. From case intake through jury verdict, he routinely defends the interests of individuals and corporations in various areas of tort law, including automobile and premises liability. Mr. Landis also currently oversees the firm’s No-Fault department, which handles the defense of PIP claims.

Mr. Landis earned a B.A. in Government and Law from Lafayette College and a J.D. from the Seton Hall University School of Law. He then served as a law clerk to the Honorable Dennis F. Carey III, P.J.S.C. of Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Essex County.

Mr. Landis is actively engaged in the practice of law in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He is also admitted to the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, United States 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
