Todd has over twenty-five years’ experience representing clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions including acquisition, disposition, development, finance, and leasing. Todd’s expertise also includes the organization, acquisition and sale of businesses and advising the owners of privately held companies on all aspects of operations and strategic planning.

Represent numerous clients in acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing and sale/leaseback transactions involving shopping centers, office and industrial buildings, hotels, condominiums and residential subdivisions.
Represent client in connection with the acquisition, financing and leasing of $150M real estate portfolio.
Serve as general corporate counsel to a variety of well-known small and mid-size businesses in growth mode with special focus on structuring joint ventures, license agreements and other strategic relationships.
Represented privately held marketing and technology company in a sale to a publicly traded company.
Represented various closely held corporations and principals of businesses in connection with shareholder disputes, buyouts and “business divorces”.
Successfully represented corporate clients in investigations and audits involving the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office and the Massachusetts Department of Workforce Development.
