Todd H. Zamostien, Esq. has spent almost twenty years as a litigator, making a career out of helping people, whether their injury came as a result of a motor vehicle accident, a slip and fall, or a natural disaster.

While Todd now focuses his practice on premises liability matters, he began his career additionally representing victims of motor vehicle accidents, products liability claims, dram shop, and nursing home matters. Todd has also represented homeowners on building defect claims and in complex construction litigation matters.
