Todd Kirby Trautwein

Mr. Trautwein does not always act in a professional manner and often speaks in a derrogatory manner about judges, other attorneys and other professionals. He is also often very uncooperative and occassionally hostile with opposing attorneys during litigation. He often indicates that he is the only person that knows anything about the facts or law involved in a case and that everyone else involved, including the Judge and the other attorneys, either know nothing or are wrong.
