Mr. Juneau regularly advises start-ups, universities, and established companies, helping them develop strategies and build patent portfolios that support growth and long-term value. Before co-founding Juneau & Mitchell, he spent nine years as a partner and patent attorney at a Washington, D.C. firm focused on global patent protection for brand-name and generic pharmaceuticals, biotechnology innovations, and medical devices. For more than two decades at Juneau & Mitchell, he has continued to provide practical, business-minded counsel and to build successful patent and trademark portfolios across a broad range of technologies. His experience spans medical devices, chemical processes and formulations, electronic systems, artificial intelligence, mobile applications, and networked systems, with a strong track record obtaining protection in the U.S. and internationally.
