Biography

At DeVallance Law, we understand that divorce and family-related legal issues can be a difficult and stressful time for all those involved. For many clients, it may be their first and only exposure to the court system. Our goal is to help clients and their families reach amicable and confidential resolutions through private dispute resolution. We believe it is often in the clients’ best interest to reach a settlement without the need for court action. In the event litigation becomes necessary, Todd R. DeVallance has over 20 years of courtroom and trial experience to assist clients in the most contentious situations.

Our clients include athletes, entertainers, politicians, judicial officers, attorneys, corporate executives, physicians, engineers, authors, and many other professionals that desire the utmost privacy in their legal matters.

While our practice is focused on high asset and complex family law litigation, DeVallance Law is also currently accepting new clients for all family law matters.
