Biography

Todd T. Miller has spent more than 30 years representing injured workers in Ohio. Board Certified in Workers’ Compensation and repeatedly named an Ohio Super Lawyer, Todd brings deep knowledge and hands-on experience to each case — he personally works with clients and treats them with the respect and dignity they deserve. He helps clients navigate a system that can feel adversarial and confusing, from multiple contacts at the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation to hearings before the Industrial Commission, where precise legal proof is required. Born and raised in Ohio, Todd is the proud father of three adult children, two of whom became lawyers helping injured people in other states.
