Tom Mumford

Zach Mumford is an associate attorney whose practice focuses on personal injury and civil litigation while also advising clients on business and general civil matters. Zach emphasizes building strong relationships, listening to client concerns, and achieving balanced solutions that focus on desired outcomes. Before becoming an attorney, Zach gained valuable experience in sales and marketing at a growing tech firm. He later pursued his legal education at the University of Idaho School of Law, where he was a member of the Idaho Law Review and worked as a research assistant to Associate Dean Pimentel on topics like bicycle law and right-to-parent legislation. Zach also externed with the Washington Office of the Attorney General, further enhancing his legal experience. His business background adds a practical perspective to client advice and negotiations. A Bellingham native, Zach understands how difficult life can be when injuries occur. He is committed to providing low-stress, compassionate representation to help clients through financial and physical recovery. Outside the office, Zach enjoys skiing, mountain biking, and playing drums in two local bands. He also volunteers as a youth group leader and enjoys outdoor adventures with his wife, Keyaira.
