Tom Rosenberg

Tom is an associate in the Capital Markets Department, specializing in corporate law, securities, and company financing. Tom advises public and private companies on matters related to raising capital, debt issuances, equity offerings, investment transactions, and financing.

Adv. Tom Rosenberg provides ongoing counsel to public companies and corporate entities from the real estate, technology, and industrial sectors. As part of his role, Tom assists companies with their capital raising, as well as with the preparation and publication of prospectuses, including for securities issuances.

He advises board and committee meetings on immediate and periodic reports, incentive plans, internal enforcement programs, shareholder agreements, stock acquisitions and sales, and ongoing commercial issues.

In addition, Tom has experience in advising institutional bodies during board and committee meetings, as well as in guiding processes before the Israel Securities Authority and the Israel Money Laundering and Terror Financing Prohibition Authority.
