Tony O’Dell (Bar No. 5770), admitted to the West Virginia bar in 1991, is a seasoned personal injury trial lawyer with more than three decades of experience handling complex matters, including medical malpractice, wrongful death, brain injury, birth injuries, motor vehicle and trucking collisions, nursing home neglect, and insurance bad faith. A Marshall University graduate who earned his J.D. from West Virginia University College of Law, Tony combines aggressive, diligent representation with responsiveness to client needs. This has earned him long-term client relationships and frequent referrals from peers when cases require advanced legal ingenuity or resources. Tony has been recognized for obtaining one of the largest medical malpractice verdicts in the United States in 2018. He has been recognized by Best Lawyers as Lawyer of the Year in both personal injury and medical malpractice in Charleston, WV. He has been recognized among the Top 100 Trial Lawyers and a West Virginia Super Lawyer for over 10 years.
