Biography

Tony A. Tsenesidis is an associate in the firm’s landlord/tenant division, where he works on non-payment and holdover proceedings. Prior to joining Borah, Goldstein, Altschuler, Nahins & Goidel, P.C., Mr. Tsenesidis was employed at several boutique law firms where he worked on Civil Court and Supreme Court real estate litigation, real estate purchases, sales, refinances, affordable-housing financing transactions, and commercial and residential leases. His credentials and background demonstrate his indisputable passion for real estate law that helps him provide the firm’s clients with strategic and efficient legal solutions to their legal issues.

Mr. Tsenesidis took classes on real estate law practice and condos and coops during his time at Brooklyn Law School. While attending law school, Mr. Tsenesidis also concurrently acquired an M.B.A. in Finance from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College, which lets him more effectively represent his clients by better understanding real estate and finance issues from a business perspective. At Baruch, Mr. Tsenesidis was exposed to real estate finance, real estate valuation, and real estate capital markets. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Politics with a minor in Economics while graduating an entire year early. In addition, Mr. Tsenesidis is a licensed real estate broker in the state of New York.
