Biography

Attorney Travis Brennan is a highly skilled and accomplished trial attorney who represents clients in claims involving medical malpractice, wrongful death, personal injury, and defective products. He is currently part of a coalition of four prominent law firms assembled to represent victims and their families associated with the tragic shooting incident on October 25 in Lewiston, ME. On September, 3, 2025, 100 survivors and victims’ families of the mass shooting sued the U.S. Government for negligence that caused the tragedy, read article here.

Travis is a fierce competitor with a tireless work ethic who is committed to standing up for people who have been wronged or injured through no fault of their own. He thrives when tackling complex challenges and facing powerful opposition, including government agencies and insurance companies.

Travis recognizes that every client is unique. He listens carefully to clients to understand the events related to their case, the nature of their injuries, and the different ways they have been impacted. This enables Travis to develop a successful legal strategy and serve as a strong and passionate advocate for his clients.

Clients across Maine have entrusted Travis with some of the most complex and catastrophic personal injury cases resulting in death, amputation, paralysis, blindness, traumatic brain injury, and complex fractures. He has handled medical malpractice claims involving surgical errors, misdiagnosis, delay in diagnosis, medication errors, and system failures. He has handled trucking accident cases that have caused catastrophic injuries and death. He loves helping people and fighting for his clients every step of the way to achieve the best results.

Travis has achieved among the largest jury verdicts and settlements in complex and difficult cases throughout Maine, including a $17.5 million settlement in 2023 for a client arising from catastrophic injuries that left him permanently disabled. In September 2022, he won a $5,000,000 unanimous jury verdict on behalf of a man who now has permanent neurologic deficits because medical providers negligently overlooked his warning signs of a life-threatening condition. In one year alone, Travis won six jury trials (two medical malpractice and four personal injury) in five different counties across the State of Maine.
