Biography

The firm's founder, Travis Pregent, is an experienced litigator with an extensive track record of successfully representing individuals in complex employment law and personal injury matters. Outside of Pregent Law, Attorney Pregent has many years of experience working as a consultant with MIT where he has focused on legal issues impacting the workplace. Attorney Pregent has successfully litigated cases in both state and federal jurisdictions and secured many large settlements on behalf of clients. Attorney Pregent has been rated a Super Lawyer “Rising Star,” and a “Top 40 Lawyer Under 40” by the American Society of Litigation Attorneys. Attorney Pregent has been featured on CBS News and a variety of other news sources. Attorney Pregent is a Juris Doctor and is a member in good standing with the Massachusetts Bar and the United States District Court. He is also a member of the Boston Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association, and Essex County Bar Association. Attorney Pregent currently resides in Beverly, Massachusetts with his wife and two children.
