With over two decades of legal experience, Treg A. Julander brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table, making him a trusted problem solver for even the most intricate legal challenges. From 2008 to 2018, Mr. Julander served as General Counsel for Advent Companies, located in San Juan Capistrano, California, a prominent general contractor renowned for its expertise in affordable housing construction. In this pivotal role, he adeptly handled negotiations and the drafting of construction and intellectual property contracts, managed the company's litigation and appeals, and provided strategic counsel to corporate officers on employment matters.

Before joining Advent Companies, Mr. Julander made his mark as a partner in the Trial Section at Rutan & Tucker, LLP in Costa Mesa, California. During his tenure there, he successfully managed numerous state and federal court appeals and complex business and insurance coverage litigation cases. Mr. Julander commenced his legal career in 1994, serving in the business litigation department at Wiley, Rein & Fielding in Washington, D.C., where he specialized in insurance coverage appeals and asbestos litigation.

A distinguished member of the Fellowship of the Construction Lawyers Society of America, Mr. Julander's legal prowess has garnered recognition. Mr. Julander graduated with the highest honors from George Washington University in 1994. Additionally, he co-designed "My Soundtrack," a family card game slated for publication by Breaking Games. He resides in Rancho Santa Margarita, California, with his wife, Jenny, and finds enjoyment in mountain biking, hiking, attending rock concerts, and indulging in tabletop games with Jenny and their two daughters.
