Dedicated to delivering favorable results, Trent Wallis provides valuable advocacy for his clients through consistent communication, careful analysis of issues, and innovative resolution of problems. Trent relies upon his experience and drive to devise and implement aggressive, well-reasoned litigation strategies tailored to accomplish his clients’ goals, all in a cost-effective manner.

Trent is an experienced litigator who focuses his practice on maritime law litigation, energy litigation, and insurance defense (including personal injury, premises liability, and complex commercial litigation) in state and federal courts across Texas. With a “boots on the ground” approach, Trent routinely assists his maritime and energy clients navigate complex casualty investigations performed by various federal and state agencies, including the United States Coast Guard, the National Transportation Safety Board, and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.

An avid sports fan and native of South Louisiana, Trent supports his hometown LSU Tigers and New Orleans Saints. In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball and golf. Trent also enjoys spending time with his wife Lauren and their two dogs, Jax and Rey.
