Biography

Trevor Lee Whitlow is an Associate in the firm's Miami office practicing construction litigation. He represents general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, developers, homeowners and condominium associations, and others in the construction industry in South Florida and throughout the State. His practice focuses on complex civil litigation, which includes quickly and efficiently resolving disputes involving defective construction, delayed construction projects, financial disputes, and related property lien issues.

Originally from Kansas City, Mr. Whitlow offers a different perspective to the firm's Miami office. After graduating magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Kansas State University, he attended the University of Missouri School of Law where he graduated in the top 20% of his class. Outside of his studies, Mr. Whitlow was also very involved in the Federalist Society, a prominent, national organization of judges, lawyers and law students dedicated to promoting limited government and liberty in the legal system.
