Trevor Michael Gordon

Trevor Gordon is an experienced trial attorney known for tenacity and innovation when litigating difficult cases. As a second-generation attorney at Gordon & Partners, Trevor learned the importance of fighting for the injured at an early age. A West Palm Beach native, Trevor attended Stetson University and graduated magna cum laude from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2014. He began practicing with Gordon & Partners in 2015 and was made partner in 2023.

Trevor has recovered tens of millions of dollars in compensation for victims injured as the result of motor vehicle accidents, dangerous products, bad prescription drugs, negligent security, and the wrongful death of a loved one. He has fought some of the largest multinational corporations in the world and secured significant confidential settlements for his clients injured by their carelessness. In the courtroom, Trevor is recognized by defense attorneys as a skilled adversary who isn’t afraid of taking a case to trial.

When litigating cases with difficult liability problems, Trevor leaves no stone unturned in his effort to win justice for his client. In one case, his client was severely brain damaged after a brutal assault at a night club in Belle Glade, Florida. During six years of litigation, Trevor discovered the nightclub’s landlord had forged documents and lied under oath to cover up his involvement in running the club. As a result of his investigation, the court struck the landlord’s defenses entirely, forcing the insurance company to pay its $1 million policy.

From 2017 to 2022, Trevor led the firm’s in-house mass torts department, filing hundreds of lawsuits in federal courts on behalf of clients injured by defective pharmaceuticals. As a result, Trevor’s clients were able to participate in a $775 million global settlement for patients injured by the blood thinner Xarelto.

Trevor is a member of the Florida Bar Association, Palm Beach County Bar Association, Florida Justice Associate, and the American Association for Justice. He is also a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an exclusive group of attorneys who have secured million or multi-million dollar verdicts or settlements.

In his free time, Trevor enjoys following politics and current events, and spending time with his wife and young son.
