Trevor Peck

Trevor Peck is a dedicated personal injury attorney at Morgan & Morgan’s Alpharetta office, where he specializes in premises liability cases. Born and raised in San Diego, California, Trevor later moved to Georgia to attend law school at the University of Georgia to be closer to family. During law school, he excelled academically, earning CALI awards for the highest grade in Constitutional Law II, Federal Income Taxation, and Property. He was also honored with the John C. O'Byrne Award for Excellence in the Study of Taxation, showcasing his strong analytical and legal skills.

Following law school, Trevor built a successful career representing foreign and domestic insurers and their insureds in the defense of complex and catastrophic claims. As counsel in high-stakes litigation, he routinely handled cases involving claims in the seven -, eight -, and nine-figure range. His experience in this role provided him with invaluable insight into how insurance companies evaluate and defend against claims, giving him a strategic advantage in personal injury cases.

After having children, Trevor found it increasingly difficult to defend against claims brought by victims and their families. Realizing his true calling, he left his partnership at a national insurance firm to dedicate his career to advocating for injury victims. Now, as a premises liability attorney at Morgan & Morgan, he proudly fights for individuals and families, ensuring they receive the compensation they rightfully deserve.
