Trinh G. Warner

Trinh Warner’s journey is a testament to resilience and a deep-seated calling to serve others. After coming to the U.S. as a Vietnamese refugee, she built a career defined by advocacy, starting as a public defender where she fought for the underserved. Following 9/11, Trinh felt a pull to serve her country again, enlisting in the Air Force as a medic before commissioning as a JAG officer. She eventually retired as a Lieutenant Colonel, bringing with her over 25 years of diverse legal experience. Today, at O’Connell West, PLLC, Trinh focuses on family law, military matters, and veteran disability claims. She often describes family law as her true calling because it allows her to make a tangible difference in the lives of children and parents navigating difficult transitions. Her background as both an enlisted medic and a senior JAG leader gives her an unparalleled perspective on the unique hurdles military families face. Whether she is advocating for a veteran’s rights or resolving a complex employment dispute, Trinh approaches every case as a problem solver and a "game changer." Outside the office, she is a devoted mother to two sons and remains active in the San Antonio community, mentoring JROTC cadets and volunteering for local veteran outreach programs.
