Tucker Rossetto: Attorney with Gilroy Napoli Short Law Group LLP

Biography

Tucker Rossetto is an experienced associate attorney whose practice focuses on defending individuals accused of crimes, including DUII. Prior to joining Gilroy Napoli Short, Tucker was a Deputy District Attorney in Washington County, one of the state’s largest and busiest jurisdictions, where he prosecuted both felony and misdemeanor crimes. He also previously worked for the Clackamas County District Attorney’s Office, the Oregon Department of Justice, and the Oregon National Guard’s Office of the Staff Judge Advocate. Tucker is able to use these combined experiences to help his clients navigate the harrowing criminal justice process, effectively advocate on their behalf, and obtain a just result of their case.

Tucker graduated from Oregon State University, earning both a degree and an officer’s commission through the Army ROTC program. He then served in the Oregon Army National Guard for eight years, including a year-long deployment to Iraq, and takes particular pride in representing and assisting his fellow veterans. Tucker went on to obtain his law degree from Lewis & Clark Law School with a focus on criminal law and procedure. When he is not working, you can find him spending time with his amazing wife and two young boys, at the gym, or watching the Blazers and the Beavers.
