Biography

Tyler Guy Finello is an Associate in the firm's Fort Lauderdale West office in Plantation, FL. He is a member of the firm's Construction Group and focuses his practice on construction, general civil and commercial litigation, professional malpractice, and represents architects and engineers.

Mr. Finello attended Florida State University and earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management, magna cum laude, where he was on the Dean's List or President's List, every semester. He then attended Florida State University's College of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor and completed the Environmental Law Certificate with honors from their highly ranked environmental law program. While in law school, Mr. Finello was a member of the Journal of Land Use and Environmental Law, and was awarded Articles & Notes Editor of the Year his 3L Year.

Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Mr. Finello gained excellent experience practicing in boutique law firms specializing in employment and labor law, and commercial litigation, respectively.
