Biography

Tyler Ochs is an associate in the Bose McKinney & Evans Real Estate Group. His real estate practice focuses on real estate development, real estate finance, real estate acquisition, land use and zoning, leasing, solar energy projects, data center development projects, and the preparation and negotiation of loan documents for real estate transactions.

Before joining Bose McKinney & Evans, Tyler worked as a real estate and business associate at a law firm in Lafayette, Indiana, where he drafted and negotiated legal documents, including commercial and residential leases, purchase agreements, land use petitions, and variance requests. He also advised clients on employment issues, business law and general compliance matters.
