Tyler Schilling Benson

Tyler S. Benson is an attorney based out of Raleigh, NC. Tyler focuses his practice on criminal, DWI, and traffic matters, and has represented clients throughout the State of North Carolina on thousands of cases. He knows the ins-and-outs of traffic laws and DMV regulations, and has handled criminal matters ranging from felonies to misdemeanors. He is also an experienced entertainment attorney, and handles contract and venue negotiations for a number of musical acts. Prior to working with iTicket, Tyler worked for a large criminal & traffic firm in Chapel Hill, and his practice has taken him all over central North Carolina, including: Alamance, Anson, Caswell, Chatham, Durham, Granville, Guilford, Harnett, Johnston, Lee, Nash, Orange, Person, Richmond, Stanly, Vance, Wake, Warren, Wayne, and Wilson Counties. When not practicing law, Tyler enjoys spending time with his wife, Amy, and their Yorkshire Terrier, Roxy. Tyler is also a professional musician and band leader. His groups have played venues all over the State and Southeast. Tyler has worked on the Racial Justice Act through the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill.
