Tyler Mastin was born and raised in Powell County, Kentucky, near the Red River Gorge area. He received his B.A. from Transylvania University in Lexington, Kentucky in 2013, with a focus in Business Administration. Mr. Mastin earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Kentucky in 2016. Tyler is licensed to practice in both the state and federal courts of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

Mr. Mastin spent the first five years of his career at Garcia & Artigliere in Lexington, Kentucky representing the elderly in nursing home negligence matters, and the unfortunate individuals who suffered from Medical Malpractice. Mr. Mastin joined the Lexington, Kentucky office of Morgan & Morgan in 2021 and primarily focuses on Nursing Home Abuse and Wrongful Death litigation.
