Cooley Law School, he returned to Scottsbluff to practice law because he felt it was important to give back to his hometown community. When he isn’t busy working for his clients, Tylor enjoys spending time with his daughter, hunting, watching college football, traveling, working out and being outdoors at his home in the country.
