Biography

Tyrone Toczauer is an experienced senior counsel at WSHB, practicing throughout Southern California. With over 30 years of experience, Tyrone specializes in defending hospitals and medical professionals in court and administrative hearings. He guides clients through the entire claims process, providing representation in administrative hearings, arbitration, mediation, and trials. In addition to handling medical malpractice and healthcare law, Tyrone also defends individuals and companies in products liability, construction, and transportation litigation.

Mr. Toczauer earned his B.A. in Biology from California State University, Northridge, and his J.D. from the University of La Verne College of Law. During his final year of law school, he externed for the Honorable Lynn D. Compton, Second Appellate District, California Court of Appeals.

Outside of work, Tyrone enjoys skiing, tennis, bicycling, and riding motorcycles. He is fluent in Hungarian and has a passion for travel.
