I have dealt with Ursula in her role as Crown counsel and think she exemplifies the best of that role should be discharged. She is fair, balanced, prepared, pleasant and not unnecessarily adversarial. She understands that the role of the Crown is not to "win", but to ensure that the case is fairly presented to the Court, and that judicial and prosecutorial resources are used appropriately.
