Ms. Nguyen focuses her practice in the representation of employers, self-insured companies, and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation defense matters. Prior to joining Capehart Scatchard, Ms. Nguyen was a law clerk for the firm during the summer of 2024. She also worked as a part-time law clerk for the firm during her final year of law school.
