Attorney Vinkels had served as Judge of Probate in Andover, as well as served on various boards and commissions in the Towns of Andover and Coventry, including a position with the Town Counsel in Coventry. Attorney Vinkels had previously practiced with Spada and Vinkels and Skelley, Vinkels and Rottner, both in a partnership role.
