Biography

Valeria Peguero was born in Staten Island, New York but later moved to Deltona, Florida, where she graduated from Deltona High School. While in high school, she was captain of Deltona High’s Winter Guard team, Color Guard team, and competed in Miss Florida State Pageant.

After high school, Valeria graduated Flagler College majoring in Political Science with a minor in History. She was part of the Phi Alpha Theta Honor Society and Pi Sigma Honor society. During this time, she interned for the legal department in a homeowners insurance company where her interest in law peaked.

After completing her B.A, Valeria went on to attend Barry University, Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in Orlando, Florida. She was a member of the Trial Team competing at Texas Young Lawyers Association Competition, Student Bar Association, and the Immigration Law Society. Valeria also dedicated herself to volunteering at the Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association.

Valeria currently focuses her practice on auto liability, personal injury, premises liability. When she is not working, Valeria can be found reading at the beach, spending time with family and friends, or traveling.
