Biography

Valerie Grove concentrates her practice in medical malpractice. She represents injured victims of medical malpractice and has more than 20 years of experience litigating medical negligence cases. Her undergraduate degree is bachelor of science in nursing which gives her significant medical knowledge which is highly useful in her practice.

Prior to joining Joseph, Greenwald & Laake, Valerie represented hospitals, physicians, physician group practices, nurses and allied health care professionals in malpractice litigation and related health law issues. This previous experience gives her a unique perspective and insight in how best to overcome the defenses and roadblocks insurance companies erect to deny justice to her injured clients.

Valerie works tirelessly to assure that her clients have a level playing field against these large insurance companies and hospitals and she will fight to get you the justice that you deserve.
