Biography

Valerie H. O'Such is a Staff Attorney on the Firm's document management team, whose responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the identification, review, and production of electronic documents for the Firm's major products liability, toxic tort, pharmaceutical, and other complex litigation. The team ensures that all document productions meet the new e-discovery rules as well as the Firm's exacting QA and QC standards. The team provides cost-effective document management in the increasingly complex e-discovery environment in which our clients find themselves.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. O'Such led large teams of up to 150 attorneys in litigation and merger related discovery projects on behalf of major telecommunications clients. An experienced legal researcher and writer, she has performed significant pro bono work in domestic violence and immigration issues and helped to create beneficial 9th Circuit precedent on the definition of "extreme cruelty" under immigration law.

During law school, Ms. O'Such served as an Articles Editor for The George Washington Law Review and interned for the Honorable Ann O'Regan Keary in D.C. Superior Court.
