Valery Slosman is a corporate attorney with more than ten years of experience representing clients in a broad range of business matters. Ms. Slosman has represented both public and private clients in all aspects of private-target M&A transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, equity transfers, asset transfers, and government contract vehicle acquisitions, with a primary focus on government contractors.
