Van's legal journey began with a strong academic background, marked by his Magna Cum Laude graduation from the University of Florida. This foundation paved the way for his pursuit of a law degree from Florida State University College of Law. During his time in law school, Van actively contributed to the community by volunteering with the Legal Aid Foundation of Tallahassee, where he assisted indigent clients in securing essential legal representation. This experience not only honed his legal skills but also instilled in him a deep sense of empathy and commitment to serving those in need.

Before joining Morgan & Morgan, Van gained valuable professional experience as a Senior Legal Compliance Analyst with Experian Employer Services, specializing in the Tax Credit and Incentives Division. This role provided him with a comprehensive understanding of legal compliance matters and further enhanced his expertise in navigating complex legal frameworks. Outside of his professional endeavors, Van finds joy in various activities such as traveling, following college football, and cherishing moments with his family, showcasing his well-rounded approach to life and work.
