Biography

Vanessa Tuttle is the Managing Attorney for Marble Law’s Florida office, where she leads a team dedicated to providing top-tier family law services. With over 1,000 clients served, Vanessa has built a successful career grounded in both legal expertise and a deep commitment to empathy. She is passionate about growing Marble’s Florida office, ensuring that the firm continues to expand while delivering exceptional legal representation to clients.

Vanessa believes that the key to effective family law representation is honesty, realistic conversations, and empathy. She understands that family law is the most emotional type of law, where outcomes are not always based on procedure but how facts are presented to the court. Vanessa works to manage her clients’ expectations, guiding them through complex family matters while helping them understand the realities of the law. She connects deeply with clients by drawing from her own experience with co-parenting, allowing her to relate to the emotional challenges many of her clients face.

For Vanessa, the most important factor in choosing an attorney is finding someone who listens and explains the law clearly. She believes that clients should feel understood while also being informed about what is realistically possible in their case. Her approach balances empathy with professionalism, ensuring that clients are supported through every step of the process, while also providing them with clear, practical legal guidance.

In addition to her legal practice, Vanessa is an active member of her community. She volunteers with Crossroads for Florida Kids, serving as a Guardian Ad Litem, and is involved with local rescue organizations to help find loving homes for cats and dogs.

Vanessa is committed to maintaining a healthy work-life balance. She became a certified yoga instructor in 2023 and prioritizes spending time with family and friends. She believes in staying organized to ensure that both her professional and personal life are well-managed, making time for the things that matter most.

Vanessa’s career began in managing the hearing calendar for a statewide practice, where she oversaw logistics for 70 attorneys covering all 67 counties in Florida. She later managed a local Tampa office for a Miami-based firm, handling civil litigation and family law cases. Before joining Marble, Vanessa’s leadership helped establish the firm’s successful Florida presence.
