Ms. Nellis is a Shareholder in our Family Law Practice Group. She represents clients in divorce, family law mediation, spousal and child support, visitation rights, cohabitation agreements and prenuptial or postnuptial negotiations.

Ms. Nellis pays special attention to educating clients in all aspects of California family law matters to ensure they understand the potential legal and financial consequences and benefits of each step of the divorce process, and how an agreement will affect other family members.
