His prior experience also includes appellate litigation at Stern, Greenberg & Kilcullen and securities law enforcement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in New York.

Fluent in five languages, Mr. Haroutunian is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey, as well as before the United States Supreme Court and the Courts of Appeal for the Second, Third, and Ninth Circuits.
