Veronica Delicia Lopez

Veronica D. Lopez, attorney at law, provides legal services with an emphasis on civil litigation, family law, business and real estate matters. Ms. Lopez originally came to San Diego as an undergraduate attending the University of California San Diego. After obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Communications and Political Science, Ms. Lopez went on to attend the University of San Diego School of Law. While there, Ms. Lopez was a member of the San Diego International Law Journal and also received accolades for her participation in Mock Trial and Moot Court competitions.

Ms. Lopez was formerly an associate with Miller Johnson Law, a boutique law firm specializing in insurance defense. Ms. Lopez joined Garmo & Garmo LLP as an associate in 2010. Having been in practice since 2006, Ms. Lopez has successfully represented clients in a wide variety of civil matters including business and corporate disputes, contract disputes, unlawful detainer, collections matters, and real estate disputes. Ms. Lopez has also represented numerous clients in family law matters including divorce, child custody and support, grandparent’s rights, and enforcement of support. Ms. Lopez has tried several cases to verdict and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. Ms. Lopez is also a member of the Foothills Bar Association.
