Veronica focuses her practice on civil litigation, as well as debt collection, enforcement proceedings and real estate auctions.

She assists leading international asset managers and funds in the management and collection of large portfolios of receivables - performing and non-performing (NPLs or UTPs) - either through foreclosure procedures or out-of-court settlements.

She has been appointed by Court of Milan as a professional delegate to the sale of real estate assets at auction.
