Veronica Zoberbier: Attorney with Frame & Frame Attorneys at Law

Biography

I am dedicated to helping individuals and families protect what matters most through thoughtful estate planning and compassionate legal guidance. Frame & Frame has over 70 years of experience and provides me the opportunity to work with clients on a full range of estate planning tools, including wills, revocable living trusts, irrevocable trusts, special needs trusts, financial and healthcare powers of attorney, and living wills.

By creating clear, customized plans, I can help clients protect assets, minimize taxes, and ensure your wishes are carried out exactly as intended. I can also guide families through the probate process with clarity and care — from the validation of wills and appointment of personal representatives to complete estate administration and the efficient transfer of assets. For loved ones facing incapacity, I provide experienced representation in guardianship proceedings to safeguard their personal and financial well-being.

After beginning my legal career as a prosecutor in Washington, D.C., and serving as an Assistant State’s Attorney in Frederick County, Maryland, I joined Frame & Frame in 2019. The firm’s long tradition of service and collaborative environment quickly confirmed that estate planning, elder law, guardianship, and probate were my true calling. These interconnected areas allow me to make a meaningful difference for families, especially during life’s most difficult transitions.

I enjoy helping clients as a trusted advisor and often see the weight and burdens disappear from their face, as we talk through the options and legal solutions available to their specific need.

Whether you are planning ahead or navigating the challenges that follow a loss, I serve as a trusted advisor — explaining complex matters in plain language and delivering practical solutions that bring lasting peace of mind across generations.

I am a proud member of the Maryland State Bar Association and welcome the opportunity to meet with you or your loved ones to review your estate planning needs. If you or your family need guidance with estate planning, probate, guardianship, or elder law, please reach out. I’m here to help you create a plan that provides security and confidence for the future.
